Additional Equipment For CNC Borers
CNC Contouring Heads
All twelve machines have use of either CH8, CH16 or CH26 Davis countouring heads for contour boring and turning profiles, grooving and screwcutting.
CNC Outfacing Bars
These bars are used for the production of valve seat pockets and cover a wide range of sizes to suit all oilfield valves.
CNC Rotary Tables
5 off CNC rotary tables up to 39 inch DIA with face plate attachments up to 60" DIA. These tables can be used for accurate positioning or for power milling operations. The tables can be mounted horizontally or vertically for added versatility.
Air Lift Rotary Tables
A large selection of rotary tables are also available to suit the differing size and shape of workpieces.
Vertical Milling Heads
Vertical milling heads used for milling internal slots and profiles in bores as small as 8" in diameter. Can be used in conjunction with the CNC rotary tables to mill internal radial slots and profiles.
Gun Drilling Attachment
10 systems for use on all 14 horizontal borers. Used for drilling small diameter holes of extreme length. Gun drills range from 1/8" DIA up to 1-1/14" DIA and can be up to approx 150 times length to diameter ratio.
Ejector Drilling
Used for drilling larger holes of extreme length.
