Inspection Equipment
Stiefelmayer Co-ordinate measuring machine.
This computer controlled 3 dimensional machine which has the very latest and most accurate Ziess Probe, ensures that even the most complicated components are fully checked.

A recent addition to the inspection equipment is a 4MM DIA X 2M long video borescope for the visual inspection of control lines and ports.

Measuring length 620 mm. Traverse 520 mm complete with Heidenheim measuring system linked to Amazon Presetter Module.
A full range of inspection equipment is available to check any component as it is machined. These include micrometers up to 36 inches, PI tapes up to 72 inches, inside micrometers up to 88 Inches, ball gauges bore compactors, digital height gauge and a full range of API measuring equipment. A shadow graph projector is also available for checking grooves and threads etc.
An extensive range of hardened and calibrated gauges are also available, which include API Rotary Shoulder, Butterss, NPT, Line Pipe and all of the 8 UN Series.
